Vampire
Vampire hierarchy can be broken down into three separate categories and are distinct from each other but important to know. Though there are many sub species of vampire just like humans, they all follow at least one of these systems, most follow all of them. Classification is the first system, its title shows the age of the vampire. Rank is the second system, it shows the societal, political, and influential power of a vampire. And the last system is Type which shows a vampires bloodline significance. All three are meant to used together.

Classification
Primordial(The first ones)- These vampire are the first vampires known to exist. Whether they were around before even man or not even the highest ranking don't know, they are vampires older than any time remembered even among immortals, but one thing always holds true, they are the most powerful among vampire. Revered as gods by vampire and in a time by even man and rightly so, their power and unique characteristics offer a multitude of deadliness few can match. The eldest are estimated to be over 5 million years old and stalked the earliest known humanoids. They are not usually found in Vampirical Society and are solitary or at least private with no interest in the affairs of their younger kin, if they even considered their younger kind kin at all.

Ancients- The oldest of their species outside the first ones holds this title and are anywhere between 10,000 and 50,000 years old. They have immense strength and power compared to even the more seasoned vampire and almost all possess unique abilities not commonly found among regular vampire.

Elders- The next oldest under Ancients and are usually between 5,000 and 10,000 years old. They are very powerful and many possess enhanced versions of common vampire abilities and some even begin developing unique gifts commonly displayed by Ancients.

Ascendants- These vampire are considered senior or veteran as they have been vampires for a long time but are not old enough to be recognized as Elders. They are very strong but don't often possess anything unique from a regular vampire besides their superior physical feats. They are usually 2,000 to 5,000 years old.

Vampyre- Spelled that way purposefully though pronounced the same as vampire are your commonly found vampire. They make up the majority of the vampire populous. They are anywhere between 300-2,000 years old.

Childe / Fledgling / Newborn- These are young vampire or newly turned. Though after a century vampires are considered fledglings but are grouped in the same category and looked upon the same way as Childe and Newborn.

Rank
Emperor/Empress -The ruler of all vampire within that continent. There are currently 3 Emperors and 3 Empresses. They are always the most powerful in every aspect one can be powerful in. All 6 monarchs are ancients and pure bloods and two are originals.

Emperor-consort/Empress-consort- They are betrothed to the Emperor or Empress and can be any kind of vampire. They often come and go throughout the ages many dying by the hands of enemies of the Empress or Emperor they are with, some choose to leave to pursue their own ambitions although they must be granted permission to break their marriage, and on rare occasion a Emperor or Empress might kill them themselves in response to betrayal, irritation, or to have a new mate. They are afforded the same respect as the Emperor and Empress they are betrothed to but have no real authority when it comes to governing vampire.

ArchDuke/ArchDuchess- The children of a Emperor or Emperess are treated with equal respect as their parents though hold no real authority and rarely rule or lead until older and proven capable. No matter what position they take or rank they would otherwise be called, as long as their parents rule, they hold the rank ArchDuke or ArchDuchess first and foremost. Most are elders at the point in time in which they participate in governing and are often found as ambassadors, magistrates, inquisitors and left & right hands of their parents will.

King/Queen- The brothers and sisters to the Emperors and Empresses hold these ranks. They are usually afforded the largest and most powerful countries within their siblings continent to rule over. They are almost all ancients like their siblings but a rare few elders notably previous ArchDukes and ArchDuchess have taken up the mantle after time and conflict has felled previous ancient Kings and Queens.

Prince/Princess- The children of Kings and Queens are given this title and start out simply helping their parents rule then are usually designated with an entire region often broken up into north, south, east, and west to rule within a country. Many of these at this point in time are Elders. As long as their parents rule they hold the title of Prince or Princess.

Dukes/Duchess- Usually the children of ArchDukes and ArchDuchess though some children of Princes and Princess's have taken the title before. They can be found ruling small insignificant countries, the few remaining city-states of the world, or states within more significant countries. Though they are usually directly related to royalty they are not considered as such and are simply nobility. They are a mix of elder and Ascendants.

Count/Countess- These usually run districts in a state at best some rare few run entire states. They answer directly to Dukes and Duchess or Princes and Princess's but interact allot with Archdukes and Archduchess as well when they show up to pass judgement and inspect. These are made up mostly of Ascendants.

Lord/Lady- The lowest ranking nobility but most commonly found and still of noble distinction to vampire. They run entire cities or towns. They are mostly Ascendants.

Masters- These are vampire that rule over a coven, covenant, or nest of vampire. They answer directly to Lords and Ladies and can be regular Vampyre though it doesn't matter really.

Common- Every Vampire of insignificant rank.

Type

Purebloods- Are vampire that were born vampire. They are generally shown to have a greater capacity to develop more unique characteristics and be more powerful, and more powerful more quickly than turned vampire. Though many turned vampire have proven themselves just as capable and some are considered nobility and even royalty, purebloods tend to look at themselves as superior, though it isn't openly so as much as it use to be.

Turned- Turned vampires are humans that have been turned into vampire.

Originals- An original vampire is considered the first of its specific species. Not all originals are ancient but they usually possess immunity's and immense power that makes up for that anyways.

Royals- royalty referred as simply royals are those that make up the Imperial and Royal family.

Nobles- Vampires that make up the nobility.

Badbloods- Vampires that are rogue, criminals, and mostly ignore the authority of the government and cause trouble for their kind.

Werewolves

Werewolves grow more powerful with age similarly to vampire but are not immortal in the same sense. Alpha's stop aging when they are needed (times of war, when hunted, pack depends on their survival and no heir available ect) then in peace and prosperity they age normally again. However they age slower than humans and even most demi-gods, cambion, and nephilim. They age about 100 times slower than humans, the oldest if aging non-stop dying around 5,000 years old. Werewolves age normally until they actually trigger their werewolf transformation however which can be as soon as 13 but have also been as old as 25. Also turned werewolves obviously aged normally before becoming werewolves and their lifespan is also much shorter than pure-blooded werewolves usually only aging 10 times slower than humans.

Werewolves can be broken down into a few categories based on type which designates their species, position which is their place in a pack, and phase which is where they are evolutionary speaking in their transformation.

Type

First a pure blood is a werewolf that was born a werewolf and a turned is a human that was transformed into one. Neither determine respect, position, or phase.

Rougarou- These werewolves transform into an almost perfect hybridization of wolf and man, they can be almost ape like in posture but hold a clear humanoid form still. Bipedal mostly but move similarly to a gorilla at times.


Warg- This type of werewolf is more wolf than man and tends to take a more monstrous wolf form with little human form shown. They are quadrupedal.


Lycans- This type of werewolf is more human than wolf and they generally just grow a bit of hair, change eyes, grow fangs and claws, and take on smaller aspects of a wolf. They are bipedal and can usually still speak and move like enhanced humans.


Shapeshifter Werewolf- This type of werewolf is a rare species and revered as the person can transform completely into a wolf. The wolf is still enhanced and powerful but looks like a regular wolf, sometimes with glowing eyes, often closer resembling the extinct Dire Wolves.


Position

True Alpha- These are alpha's that did not inherit or take the status from another alpha but instead through conviction of a pure heart and sheer force of will became one. Though they are no different power wise than any other Alpha they only come about ever millennia or so and they cannot be robbed of their status either. It is so rare and revered that the werewolf often becomes famous for it and they are always distinguished as a True Alpha's where ever they go.

Alpha- The number of Alpha's can fluctuate as when one dies, they are not always immediately replaced, it can take as long a month before a new one emerges but can come about within a week as well. Also a True Alpha adds to the number as well when ever such a rare emergence of one occurs. With these two exceptions there is maintained an alpha for each time zone, making 24 Alpha's known in the world at this time. These wolves lead a pack and are the most powerful. They are living juggernauts and have all the abilities of a regular werewolves except to a greater degree. Their tolerance to silver is very high too and their regenerative capabilities rival ancient vampires. They have an alpha command ability which makes any werewolf who isn't an alpha at least back down, but for lesser werewolves can compel them into a more advanced response, even forcibly transforming them from human to werewolf or from werewolf to human outside of a full moon. A wound from an Alpha werewolf also is resistant to healing and regenerative abilities and will take longer to heal or take more effort to do so for those with such capabilities. An alpha's roar can be powerful enough to shatter not just glass but ear drumbs if one is not prepared and beings with enhanced hearing are even more susceptible. An alpha's gaze can also induce fear to the point of freezing someone in place to those not experience with dealing with such a foe. Alpha's have the power to take the pain of someone away and endure it themselves through contact, this doesn't heal the person but it does allow them relief to the pain. Alphas by digging their nails into the back of the neck carefully or not carefully, within close proximity to the spinal cord can get access to the recent memories and thoughts of an individual but this is incredibly dangerous to do. An alpha also has the ability to give up their form as an alpha to bring someone who just died back to life, they will never be able to regain the state of alpha again however, and only three instances in known history has it even been done. An Alpha's final power is that the larger their pack, the more physically powerful they become.

Beta- This is every other wolf in an alphas pack. They are the most common werewolf you will find.

Delta- Delta's are more a billet and honorific than a true position but are distinguished within a pack anyway much in the same way an honorary veteran might be among military despite not being or holding formal positions in militaries or in certain cases are viewed as champions as well. They are technically Beta's as said but hold more authority as an Alpha's most trusted members and often the most skilled, experienced, and loyal. More often than not, Delta's are an Alpha's direct family members which distinguishes them even further in the packs eyes given their connection to an Alpha as well as the fact that they might one day be Alpha's themselves.

Omega- An omega werewolf is any werewolf that is not part of a pack. Almost always beta's and more commonly turned werewolves. Instances have arose where one of these becomes a True Alpha, their status as Omega does not change until they get a pack. In any rare occurrence an Alpha loses or leaves his pack then it would be viewed as an Omega until it reforms or returns also.

Phases

Phase 1: A Phase 1 werewolf has no control over his transformation and is bound completely to the changes of the moon. During the waning and waxing gibbous phases the werewolf is usually more hostile and primal natured as a human. During the full moon he has to transform and loses control completely to his animal instincts. Transformation is often slow and painful.

Phase 2: A Phase 2 werewolf has learned to control his transformation at will, however during the waning and waxing gibbous phases he still becomes more hostile than usual, and has to transform during a full moon, though holds onto his intelligence when transformed but can still lose control if angered or scared. Transformation is slow but not as painful.

Phase 3: A Phase 3 werewolf has learned how to control his transformation completely. He will still grow more hostile before and just after the full moon and during the full moon can be more primal natured even in human form but does not have to transform during a full moon though it makes him uncomfortable not to change during a full moon. Transformation is faster and not painful at all.

Phase 4: A Phase 4 werewolf has mastered his transformation. They are not effected at all by the phases of the moon and can even selectively partial shift like just claws on their hand or quickly grow fangs to bite but that's it as well as near instantly transform. All Alphas's are Phase 4's. There is no known reason why a non Alpha couldn't reach this state given time, training, and effort although it would likely be as rare as the coming of a True Alpha, generally even the most experienced Beta's/Delta's never progress beyond Phase 3.

Fae
The Faerie Land world is the mortal world but in a parallel dimension next to it, only accessible by fae magic and even some gods are unable to transverse to it freely. The world is split into different courts like kingdoms and ruled by a monarch with their own knighthood as guardians.

The Seelie Court
Ruled by the Summer Court, and, to a lesser extent, the Spring Court, the fae of the Seelie Court are those who are of a generally amicable predisposition. Despite this, they are prone to mischief and are known to overreact (by non-faerie standards) to situations.

The Seelie Court fae freely visit the mortal world, and are generally welcomed there because of this. The Court is primarily populated by eladrin, elves, gnomes, and hobgoblins.

Queen Titania and King Oberon are the perpetual rulers of the Summer Court, though they mostly rule by proxy, leaving the day-to-day workings of the court to the lesser nobles.

The fae of the Summer and Spring courts often favor spells of conjuration and elemental fire magic in addition to the illusory and nature magic that all fae are innately drawn to.

The Unseelie Court
The fae of the Unseelie Court tend towards malevolence, and are guided by the lords of the Winter and Autumn Courts. The Unseelie fae are often merciless and are likely to be aggressive without provocation.

Most people in the mortal world who know fae, know to avoid involvement with the Unseelie, though doing so can prove difficult when such fae may freely lie and mislead those they interact with. Eladrin, changelings, drow, and spriggans are the most populous fae among the Unseelie.

Queen Mab is the matriarch of the Winter Court. Some say she now styles herself as the Queen of Air and Darkness.

Morgan is a noble of note from the Autumn Court who is known to delight in meddling in the affairs of humans, especially important ones, often with the goal of humiliating them.

The fae of the Winter and Autumn courts often favor spells of storm and cold elemental magic in addition to the illusory and nature magic that all fae are innately drawn to.

The Courtless
Some fae prefer to go about their own business and not get involved in the politics of the Courts. These fae are known as Courtless. While they may be found in small numbers among either the Seelie or Unseelie, for the most part they go their own ways. Goblins are the most common Courtless fae, though treants, wilden, hags, dryads, satyrs, nymphs, and many other “lesser” fae are Courtless as well.

The Shadow Courts
There are things in Faerie that not even the fae of the Unseelie courts deign to dabble in. The realm is home to both dreams and nightmares and none more personify the latter than the Shadow Courts. Nebulous and not well understood, existing on the fringes of Faerie are creatures of darkness and gloom.

It is said that Lolth reigns over these enigmatic lands and creatures. Rumors claim that some of the other Fae gods may have some influence in this aspect of Faerie, too, however.

Although the shadow realm exists within the context of Faerie, most things that come from it are not considered to be fae in nature.

Shadow magic is not magic at all. Not as it is understood by wizards or clerics, nor even druids. Instead, shadow magic requires a sacrifice of part of oneself to the shadow in exchange for the ability to shape it or to gain from the dark benefits it offers.

Demons
Demons are ruled by the most powerful and malevolent. The different realms of hell where demons reside are ruled by Demon Princes. There are 6 Demon Princes but rumors are there use to be more but through both infighting and warring with the forces of good only 6 remain.

Demon Princes- Demon Princes are higher angels that have been twisted by Chaos and dark forces into a monstrous form. Two princes were once ArchAngels and the other 4 are the greatest of the Grigori Angels, higher angels of great power even among other higher angels. They are incredibly powerful, so much so that they are unable to pass into the mortal world even for possessions. It would take an incredible force to tear a rift large enough from hell with a hole or doorway not being enough for one to pass through. Such a day would truly be apocalyptic for not even a Serephim Angel, Gods, or Titans could stand against such a foe. The two greatest Princes are matched only by an ArchAngel or Primordial God. The Princes are as followed from strongest to weakest: Lucifer, Samael, Azazel, Gadreel, Ramiel, and Yeqon.

ArchDemons- These are angels that were twisted into demons. They are as powerful as Sereph and Gods. They are able to enter the mortal world from time to time through possession only but have always been beaten back though not before incredible damage was done. Horrible events in history like the Dark Ages or of settlements and civilizations just disappearing or being wiped out can be linked to these beings. Notable ArchDemons are: Araqiel, Armaros, Baraqel, Sariel, Shamsiel, among many others.

Greater Demons- These are the first humans twisted by the Demon Princes. Because they were more than just human souls with physical forms and given their age and conflict endured they are incredibly powerful. Greater Demons can physically come to the mortal world if summoned(usually by accident), a portal big enough opens(Usually to somewhere else, hijacking it), or sometimes when opportunity allows them to claw their way through. There power tends to rival Alpha werewolves, Ancient Vampire, greatest of Demi-Gods, some gods and Higher Angels. Most famous being Lilith and her children the Lilen. Lilith is imensely powerful despite being a Greater Demon, many often calling her a Princess of Hell. Some speculate that a handful of the Lilen actually became Premordial Vampire instead of demons.

Higher Demons- These are created when human souls are twisted in hell, Higher Demons are the most powerful of them. They are frequently summoned to make deals, wreak havoc, or seek knowledge and this almost always goes badly for the summoner. They tend to stay in hell more than regular demons preferring when not summoned to torture souls in hell verse possessing mortals and mystic in the human world. They tend to be as powerful as lower tier Angels, your average Demi-god, Nephilim, Cambion, typical Fae, and average Mystic.

Demons- Human souls twisted to dark forms make up the majority of hells denizens and the most frequent to visit the mortal world. They are very destructive and chaotic and though are fairly easy to fight even historically proven regular Humans expelling such fiends back to hell, they can cause allot of damage and in the right circumstances and can be incredibly dangerous, especially in numbers.

Angels
Angels can be broken up into two categories. One the type which depicts how powerful they are and class which distinguishes their job.

Type
ArchAngels- Primordial beings of light born from the first light of the universe and rivaling the Primordial gods in power. Most human depictions of acts of god are most likely by ArchAngels instead. They are mysterious to even most other angels whom they created in their own image. They command the host of heaven in the name of peace and good and only in the most dire of circumstances which even time might have forgotten, will they directly get involved which the last instance was the fall of their brethren as Demon Princes.

Seraphim- Seraph are basically the intermediaries between the ArchAngels and rest of the universe including other angels. Their powers are enhanced by the ArchAngels themselves and completely independent of heaven. They are heavens most fearsome guardians and oversee the most important of duties like generals.

Higher Angel- These angels act as field commanders and their powers are directly linked to heaven. If that link is disrupted in any way they will weaken and if significantly harmed must return to heaven. They can remotely recharge without returning to heaven under normal conditions allowing more feats than regular angels.

Angels- The most common angels and embody the majority of the Heavenly Host.Their powers are linked to heaven and they become weakened when cut off and must return to heaven to recharge or recuperate.

Class
The majority of Angels people come across are soldiers, guardians, or warriors of heaven. There are some unique however among them.

Rit Zien- Rit Zien are the medics of Heaven. Their name means "Hands of Mercy" in Enochian. On the battlefields of heaven, their job was to heal Angels who had been injured. If the injury was too severe for them to heal, then they would give them a quick, painless death, by smiting them. Rit Zien have a unique way of smiting other, which consists of them placing their hand near the victims face, shining a pink light from their palm, and causing them to quickly, and painlessly implode into a pink liquid made of their own essence.

Grigori-The Grigori were a squad of elite higher angels who were sent to watch over and protect humanity, but turned bad, falling with Lucifer. They were replaced with Powers.

Powers- Elite higher angels tasked with protecting humanity from dark forces and demons. They are the greatest warriors heaven has, with power below Seraph, but skill above any other higher angel. There were not many of them to begin with and over time most have fallen in battle though those that remain continue their duty.

Cherubim- Cherubs often confused with cupid or his erotes are ordered as third class angels, and thus placed at the very bottom of the Celestial chain of command, Heaven's hierarchy. They follow Heaven's orders, particularly serving Seraph directly. In their occupation, they are responsible for manipulating affection in certain, special bloodlines important to heaven. Most often they keep Shadowhunter lines continuing, preventing shadowhunters from finding love outside their order which would end their line.

Fallen Angels- Fallen angels are angels who were exiled or expelled from heaven. They are not necessarily evil but they do not serve heaven and do not have the support of heaven behind them. If they prove to be trouble towards humans, Powers will hunt them and destroy them.

Everyone Else
There are no other expansive governing bodies among the other Supernatural forces that are universally observed. Demi-Gods, Cambion, and Nephilim tend to live as normal humans do, as far as the outside world is concerned, they are no different than anyone else. There are groups out there you can find and join but they don't usually make up a large organization, hidden government, or specialized hierarchy but instead tend to be more akin to clubs, camps, and specialized schools.

Mystics are only slightly more complicated. Often holding somewhat normal lives like the previously mentions groups however they might also be apart of a witch coven which is ran by a council or a single leader, outside of that there isn't any specialized organizations like you might find in harry potter.

Nature tends to police its own, poorly prepared or overly ambitious spells having disastrous effects and backlashes. Reckless fools summoning demons tend not to live too long. And supernaturals that try to reveal the supernatural world publicly tend to disappear either by those who don't want to be outed or by some eager human organization wishing to study them.

That aside the gods divine veil or mist prevents regular humans from seeing whats right in front of their face. The sun being pulled across the sky looks like the earth rotating around the sun. A giant sea monster sinking a ship is just the result of a deadly sea storm or giant whale. A giant monster battling demi-gods is just a earthquake. ect.
